Booking, payment, cancellation and refunds:

Prices shown on this website are indicative. The price that applies to your examination is the one confirmed at the time of booking. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Payment is due on completion of the examination. We will send you the final price and a secure card payment link. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your certificate is issued once payment has cleared.

You may cancel at any time before dropping your equipment off, at no charge. If you have dropped equipment off but we have not begun the examination, there is no charge and you may collect it at the next available opportunity. Once the examination has begun, the full fee is payable.

Where a refund is due, it is made to the original payment method and is normally processed within 10 working days.

Full terms of service for the examination itself are provided to you at the time of booking.
